About us

We are New Wortley Housing Association, a subsidiary of New Wortley Community Association, a local charity that aims to improve the quality of life for residents of New Wortley.
We are an ambitious group of local people aiming to build a community-owned housing project with and for the people of New Wortley. 

The Project

We plan on building sustainable, social, and affordable homes to rent on several pieces of land at Holdforth Place in New Wortley, Leeds, UK. Our houses will address the local housing shortage by building both homes for families and two-bed flats for those aged 55+.
